I would like to pay for several registrations with one credit card. How can I do this?
After a person fills out the registration form on our website and clicks on "Submit" they are OFFICIALLY REGISTERED. They will remain registered for classes with an "unpaid" status until we receive payment through the online store or in the mail. You can wait until all of your members have registered and then simply go to the online store and buy "X amount" of registrations, shirts, etc. Please put all your registrants names in the "notes to seller" box during checkout. That way we can match payment with registrations. If you have more people sign up later, just repeat the process. If all else fails, please feel free to contact us through our contact page and we will call you to help sort things out.
I already registered but would like to change the classes I am attending, how can I change my classes?
Just send us a note on our "contact us" page, including your name, email, or phone number (in case we have questions) and the classes you would like to change. We will be able to make class changes until March 1st.
Can I sign up the day of the conference?
We hope everyone can register before the conference because it makes it easier for us to get your registration package together, but if for some reason you weren't able to preregister, we will be accepting registrations at the door. Registering at the door is the same cost as Late Registration.
How can I pay with a check? Can I pay for more than one registrant with a check?
You can still register online if you are paying by check. Just fill out the registration form and note that you will be bringing a check under the payment options section. Then you can simply mail us a check, or bring it with you to the conference and pay at the door. If you are unsure of prices, you can go to the "store" page to check on registration fees and t-shirts, etc.
If you are covering a whole unit, have your unit members register online and note that you will be paying by check under the payment options section of the registration form. Alternatively, they can print and mail the registration form. You can then send a check for the total sum. Please note the names of those you are paying for when sending a check. What's your refund Policy?
Refunds are available until March 2nd, at 07:30 am. No refunds are available after the start of the conference.
Do I have to pick a lunch and attend "State of the State"?
No, you do not have to attend "State of the State" if you would prefer a different breakout session. Unfortunately, you will not be able to eat the provided lunch if you do not choose "State of the State" for one of your breakouts. You are welcome to bring a lunch and eat it while attending one of the other breakouts that are scheduled during the two lunch sessions.
